Check Eligibility
Ensure your fragrance or beauty item is unopened, in its original cellophane packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the product in its original shipping box to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside the package.
Ship and Refund
Send your return to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
